What is Rakh Rakhav?+
Rakh Rakhav is an app built for wholesale shops. Stock, billing, khata, credit, orders, expenses and reports all live in one place, and your retailers can order straight from their phones.
Do retailers have to pay anything?+
No. Buying is always free — finding a shop, browsing, ordering, and seeing your own bills and khata. Only the shop that sells pays.
Does it work without GST?+
Yes. With GST off, bills print as a Bill of Supply. Turning GST on later is a single switch.
Can I buy from more than one wholesaler?+
Yes. Connect to as many as you like. Each keeps its own catalogue, bills and khata, and one cart can order from several shops.
Where does my data live?+
In your own database. You can download everything as JSON or Excel from Backup whenever you like. Nothing is deleted even if your plan lapses.
Can staff have their own logins?+
Yes. Each person gets their own login and password, and you decide exactly what they may do.
